Meet Beth Fisher

I’m Beth Fisher, founder of Leadership Ready. I bring over 15 years’ experience as a senior leader, management consultant, coach, and accredited psychological therapist. My career has spanned NHS services, charities, and national improvement programmes, giving me a rich understanding of leadership across health, care, and mission-driven organisations.

I take a holistic approach to leadership development—helping individuals align their goals with their values, harness their strengths, and lead with authenticity and purpose.

As an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, my work is grounded in evidence-based psychological approaches. I have held senior operational and strategic roles across the NHS and charitable sectors, including roles such as Clinical and Operational Manager, Clinical Lead, and Principal Consultant.
